Which state should I move to after I earn my Master of Education in elementary administration from The Citadel

Which state should I move to after I earn my Master of Education in elementary administration from The Citadel?
I am a certified elementary teacher from South Carolina. I am looking forward to move out-of-state for the first time and I need some ideas as to where should I begin. I have relatives in New Jersey and Texas. But, I would like to move to either New York, Colorado, or California.
